Elakizhi

Elakizhi (Ilakizhi) or Patrapotali Sweda is an ancient Ayurvedic sudation therapy using numerous medicinal leaves. Small bags (kizhis) containing Herbal leaves are applied to the whole body in boluses. These kizhis, dipped into warm Ayurvedic oils, will be used for massaging the body for 45 minutes.
